Kvantitativ urinodling - Nivå 1 - Låg rutinnivå eller screening
Metodbeskrivning
Denna metod betraktas som låg rutinnivå (Nivå 1) för urinodling vid mikrobiologiskt laboratorium.
Lägsta koncentration som kan besvaras med denna metod är CFU/L ( CFU/mL).
Substrat
- CLED-agar (för kontrollstammar se Urin-bilaga 1).
Inokulering
1 μL inokuleras med plastögla på CLED-agar. Inokulatet sprids på samma sätt som tidigare beskrivits.
- Inkubering och avläsning
- CLED-agar 35-37 °C, aerobt, 1 dygn.
